Please enter your PERNER # or your email address and click 'submit'.  If the information you enter matches the information in our records, the system will send out an email with your login information within the next few minutes to an hour.  If no match is found, an email will not be sent.  In that case, you will need to contact your supervisor or a system administrator to help you reset your password.
